30-Year Mortgage Rates Continue to Ease

Rates on 30-year mortgages moved down by another 4 basis points on Wednesday, further erasing more of the nearly quarter percent increase experienced at the beginning of the week. With a few exceptions, most other rates dropped on Wednesday as well.
